Michael has been working for the Hubbell family in various roles in a part-time position since 2008, and then in March 2017 he has become a full-time employee. Michael has a keen interest in all things technological and through academic and self-study has become an expert in many of the areas that information technology covers. Due to the varying business of Hubbell Ventures he has taken on key roles that deal with IT.
These include data & platform integration, IT management, help desk support and data security. He also has an important part to play in investor and client deal co-ordination and relationship management. Due to Michael’s love for learning and investigating he also is involved in researching investment opportunities and also reviewing and evaluating deals that are in IT.
From 2010 to 2014 Michael has done virtually all the research for the Wellbridge business plan and therefor understands the need for investment into aging.

August 2014 – December 2014 - Greenpoint Computer Services- IT Help-Desk Performed IT Help-desk support for GreenPoint Computer Services assisting with incident resolution and managing the implementation of new IT services. Also performed system maintenance and support.
2009 - 2014 - Self Employed Performed interim consultancy and support for Blue Mouse Studio assisting with incident resolution and managing the implementation of new IT services. Also performed system maintenance and support for Hubbell Associates, a leading UK based consultancy firm. Provided advice and assistance for various independent clients.
2007 – 2009 - Blue Mouse Studio - Network Administration and Support Responsible for the installation and maintenance of corporate IT systems including Exchange Server, Windows Small Business Server and also implemented remote server administration facilities. The role also required the integration of wireless technologies on to the company’s network.
2006 – 2007 - Orange Retail - Sales Advisor Performed a customer facing role, selling phone contracts to consumers as well as diagnosing hardware faults with handsets. Working to sales targets, and required a working knowledge of the technologies involved with mobile networks.
